Write in whatever language you prefer. We answer within one working day, and usually sooner. There is no phone queue and no ticket number — a person reads it.

None of this is required, but any of it gets you a useful answer faster than a follow-up question would:

• The email address on your account, so we can find it.
• Which store the app is on, and the app name.
• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
• A screenshot, if something looked wrong on screen.

Plan changes, invoices and cancellations are all self-service inside the app under Billing, and take effect straight away. If something there does not do what you expect, email the address above and say so — the Cancellation & Refund Policy sets out what we will do.

If you believe you have found a vulnerability, email the address above with “Security” in the subject line and we will prioritise it. Please do not test against other people's accounts or data. What we do to protect credentials is described on Security.
