Service Delivery Policy

A subscription to BeenuLabs is access to a hosted web application. There is no download, no physical media and no item in transit. What you are paying for is:

• An account on the application, reachable from any browser.
• The allowance of AI-drafted replies included in your plan each month.
• Automatic syncing of reviews from the App Store and Google Play accounts you connect.
• The ability to publish replies back to those stores.

Immediately. Access is granted the moment payment is confirmed — typically within seconds. There is no processing period, no dispatch and no delivery window.

You do not have to wait for payment to try the product. A free account with a monthly allowance of AI drafts is available on sign-up, with no card required.

Your plan and its allowance are shown under Billing inside the app as soon as the payment succeeds. A receipt is emailed to the address on the account. If the plan shown does not match what you paid for, that is a fault on our side — contact us and we will correct it.

If a payment is taken and access is not granted, email support@beenulabs.com. We will either restore the access you paid for or refund it in full. You should not have to argue for one that never arrived.

The service is delivered worldwide, wherever the application is reachable. There are no delivery charges, because there is nothing to deliver physically. All plans are billed in USD.

Access depends on our service being available and on the store credentials you connect continuing to work. If a credential is revoked or expires, syncing stops for that account until it is reconnected — the app flags this rather than failing silently. Planned maintenance that would interrupt access is announced in advance by email.
