BeenuLabs connects to your Apple App Store Connect and Google Play developer accounts, retrieves the reviews customers leave on your apps, and uses AI to draft replies. Depending on your settings, replies are either held for your approval or published automatically.

You remain responsible for what is published under your business name. We strongly recommend reviewing your automation rules before enabling auto-publishing.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You must have the authority to manage the developer accounts and apps you connect. Do not connect an account you are not authorised to act for.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.

Replies are generated by an AI model. AI output can be inaccurate or inappropriate for a given situation. We do not warrant that generated replies are accurate, complete, or suitable for publication.

Where you enable auto-publishing, you accept that replies may be posted without individual review. Safeguards — minimum star rating, sentiment checks and hold keywords — are provided to reduce that risk, but they cannot eliminate it. Published replies are attributed to your business, not to us.

Plans are billed in USD and renew automatically until cancelled. Your account holds one active subscription at a time; changing plans replaces the previous subscription rather than adding a second.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to post misleading, deceptive or fake reviews or replies.
• Attempt to manipulate review platforms in breach of their own terms.
• Reverse engineer, resell or abuse the service or its API beyond your plan.
• Upload unlawful content, or use the service to harass anyone.

Your use must also comply with Apple's App Store Connect terms and Google's Play Developer terms, including their rules on responding to reviews. We may suspend accounts that place our platform access at risk.

The service depends on third parties including Google, Apple, Groq and our payment processor. Outages or changes to those services may interrupt functionality. We are not responsible for the availability of services we do not control.

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces what you pay for, we will give reasonable notice.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or reputational harm.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, or if required by law. On termination your right to use the service ends; data handling is covered by our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will notify you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
